The installers turned up on time and were very efficient. Plus the roof outlets cannot be seen from the ground which is much better than whirlybirds. It is noticeably cooler inside the house on hot days and A/C usage has been reduced. Overall a great result.

I recently used Xchange Air to install some underfloor ventilation for our house.
I cannot fault the customer service from start to finish. Communication was thorough and efficient, and we had Martin come out for a quote the very next day. He clearly knows his stuff and was great at explaining it to me in a way I can understand.
We received the quote that evening and once we committed, we had a date for install a week later.
The 2 guys that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. They were early (unheard of) and finished the job in no time, leaving the space clean and as it was before.

I have no hesitation in recommending Xchange air should you need this service. I think their pricing was also fair.
