This Subfloor Fan 12v Kit system is designed to exhaust damp trapped air from the sub-floor and introduce fresh air in through existing or new passive vents.
Fans are run off a transformer and timer run 9am to 9pm (plugged into mains).
Easy Handy man, no license required.
Subfloor fan 12v running cost is approx $6 per year

Exhausts approximately 2500 Litres per minute this will cover 40m3 of
free space to give 5 air changes per Hour.
